About the Role

You will be responsible for analysing market trends, identifying lucrative investment opportunities, and developing tailored investment strategies for a diverse client base. Operating entirely remotely, this position requires exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of property investment principles, serving clients nationwide, including those in Nottingham .

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify attractive real estate investment opportunities.
• Develop and present customized investment strategies and proposals to clients.
• Advise clients on property acquisition, portfolio diversification, and risk management.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Stay abreast of market dynamics, economic conditions, and legislative changes affecting property investment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., solicitors, mortgage brokers) to facilitate client transactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate investment , financial advisory, or asset management.
• Strong understanding of property market analysis, financial modelling, and investment principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust remotely.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a client portfolio effectively from a distance.
