Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients, understanding diverse market needs and regulations.
• Source, screen, and engage with candidates from various countries and cultural backgrounds.
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with global clients through virtual channels.
• Utilize advanced search strategies and global talent networks to identify hard-to-find candidates.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant , with a demonstrated focus on international or global recruitment.
• Proven ability to successfully recruit across multiple countries and time zones.
• Exceptional remote working skills, including excellent communication, self-discipline, and time management.
• Strong understanding of global talent acquisition strategies and challenges.
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and international recruitment platforms.
