Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various healthcare positions, including nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing requirements and challenges.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a specialization in the healthcare sector highly preferred.

• Excellent understanding of the UK healthcare system and its staffing needs.
