Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships within the healthcare industry , understanding their staffing needs and timelines.

• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between clients and candidates.

• Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and job orders within the ATS .

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a significant focus on the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape and the various roles within it.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a busy workload in a remote capacity .
