About the Role

Our client is a forward-thinking Recruitment Consultancy that operates a remote-first model and is looking for a skilled Remote Recruitment Consultant to focus on the IT and Digital sectors. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for tech roles, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and contributing to the firm's success through effective talent acquisition strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of IT and Digital roles , from junior to senior levels.
• Source, engage, and vet candidates using advanced online tools and methodologies, focusing on specialized tech skills.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and company culture.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and skill evaluations, to ensure optimal fit.
• Collaborate with team members remotely to share best practices and market intelligence.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly placement targets through effective recruitment strategies and client management.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong background in IT or Digital recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a full recruitment desk remotely.
• Excellent understanding of the technology job market, including various programming languages, frameworks, and digital roles.
• Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter , and other online sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
