Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for technology and digital roles, including software development, data science, and digital marketing, via remote channels.
• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates using advanced online search strategies and virtual assessment tools.
• Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with technology clients through digital communication platforms.
• Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience throughout the remote process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment , ideally specialising in the technology or digital sectors.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates in niche technical roles.
• Exceptional virtual communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• A highly organised and self-motivated individual, comfortable working autonomously.
• Proficiency with modern recruitment technologies, ATS, and video conferencing tools.
