You will manage the entire recruitment process, from initial brief to successful placement, leveraging digital tools and communication platforms to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse portfolio of clients, operating entirely in a remote capacity.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of digital channels and recruitment technologies.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive networking and database management.
• Develop and nurture effective relationships with hiring managers and key client contacts.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients regarding talent acquisition strategies.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, particularly in a virtual setting.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software, and online recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and maintain high levels of productivity remotely.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to client and candidate satisfaction.
• Demonstrable experience in successful candidate sourcing and engagement.
