Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of remote recruitment consultants, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse client requirements, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and sourcing methodologies to meet client needs.
• Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and provide regular feedback and coaching.

• Ensure adherence to recruitment best practices, compliance standards, and service level agreements.

Requirements

• Significant experience (5+ years) in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a remote team effectively.
