You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes from candidate sourcing through to placement, ensuring a high-quality experience for all stakeholders. As a remote-first role, you'll leverage advanced digital tools and communication strategies to build rapport and deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes, contributing to the firm's expansion and success without geographical limitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through various online channels, professional networks, and databases.
• Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews to assess candidate suitability and motivation.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Liaise effectively with clients to understand their hiring requirements and provide market insights.
• Facilitate interview processes and provide constructive feedback to candidates and clients.
• Build and nurture a strong network of professionals within your specialist sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using ATS and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of candidate engagement strategies and employer branding.
