You will be instrumental in identifying and engaging with a broad range of professional candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse client roles, ensuring timely and efficient placement of candidates.
• Utilise advanced sourcing techniques on various platforms to identify and attract suitable talent for hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Liaise closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide regular progress updates.
• Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation and background checks, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring activities in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within an agency setting.
• Proven ability to source, engage, and manage candidates effectively in a remote capacity.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS, and online sourcing tools.
