Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple vacancies simultaneously, from initial brief to offer acceptance.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques across various online platforms, professional networks, and databases to identify passive and active candidates.
• Conduct comprehensive competency-based interviews and candidate assessments remotely.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients, providing regular updates and expert advice.
• Develop and execute effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant recruitment legislation and best practices throughout the process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Specialist, with a strong understanding of candidate sourcing and selection methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload effectively from a remote location.
• Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment technology tools.
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships remotely.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new client requirements and market trends.
