Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned vacancies, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify passive and active candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability for client roles.
• Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide market insights.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency, is essential.
• Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills suitable for a remote role .
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
