This role is integral to identifying and attracting top talent for a wide array of clients, requiring a proactive approach to candidate sourcing and engagement. You will be instrumental in building talent pipelines, conducting initial screenings, and guiding candidates through the hiring process, all while working independently from a home-based office. Key Responsibilities

• Execute targeted candidate sourcing strategies across various online platforms, professional networks, and databases.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) .
• Assist with the coordination of interview schedules and gather feedback from all parties involved.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a recruitment , talent acquisition , or HR support role.
• Proficiency in using ATS and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively online.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with the UK job market is a plus.
