About the Role

You will be responsible for sourcing leads, conducting thorough due diligence, and negotiating purchase agreements to expand our client's property holdings. The ideal candidate is a self-driven individual with a deep understanding of the residential property market and a proven ability to close deals remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify potential residential properties for acquisition.
• Conduct detailed market analysis, including comparable property research and trend forecasting.
• Perform thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, assessing risks and opportunities.
• Negotiate purchase terms and prices with sellers and their representatives.
• Prepare detailed acquisition proposals and financial summaries for review.
• Manage the transaction process from initial offer through to completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential property acquisition, sourcing, or investment.
• Strong understanding of the UK residential property market and its investment drivers.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport virtually.
• Proficiency in using property search portals, data analysis tools, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple leads, and meet acquisition targets.
