About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and driven Remote Retail E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize their online sales channels. You will be responsible for enhancing the customer journey across all digital platforms, driving traffic, and maximizing conversion rates. This fully remote position requires a self-starter with a deep understanding of e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and online retail operations. You will work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers nationwide, playing a key role in expanding the company's digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, website traffic, and customer engagement across e-commerce platforms.
• Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotional campaigns on the company website and third-party marketplaces.
• Analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, identifying trends and implementing improvements to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Monitor online inventory levels and liaise with fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce management or a similar online retail role.
• Strong understanding of online sales funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling product descriptions and marketing copy.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• Experience with SEO/SEM and social media marketing is a significant advantage.
