About the Role
Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Remote Revenue Manager to optimize revenue streams for their hospitality portfolio. Operating from a home-based office, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective revenue management strategies, forecasting demand, and managing pricing and inventory across various properties. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
- Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting to inform pricing decisions.
- Manage room inventory and pricing across all distribution channels, optimizing for profitability.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align revenue strategies with promotional activities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on revenue performance for senior management.
- Implement and manage revenue management systems and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar analytical role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles, forecasting techniques, and pricing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI software).
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Managers.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate insights clearly.
