Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote sales consultations via phone, video conferencing, and email to understand client requirements.
• Present and demonstrate product/service features and benefits effectively to prospective customers.
• Manage a pipeline of leads from initial contact through to closing the sale.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales interactions and customer data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to share best practices and improve sales strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales consultancy or similar sales role, with a track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Excellent communication , listening, and negotiation skills, especially in a remote context.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills for remote work.
• Adaptable and eager to learn about new products and sales techniques.
