About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Remote Sales Operations Manager to optimize their sales processes and support their growing sales team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for enhancing sales efficiency, managing CRM systems, developing sales enablement tools, and providing critical data analysis to drive informed decision-making. This role is essential for streamlining operations and maximizing the effectiveness of our salesforce, contributing significantly to our expansion from the Sheffield region outwards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data integrity and efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement sales processes, playbooks, and best practices to improve productivity.
• Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports, providing insights into performance metrics.
• Manage sales enablement tools and resources, ensuring the sales team has the necessary materials.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to forecast sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team on systems and processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools.
• Excellent understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
