Our client is seeking a driven and self-motivated Remote Sales Specialist to join their fully remote sales force. This role is perfect for an individual who excels in a virtual environment and is passionate about connecting with customers to understand their needs and offer effective solutions. You will be responsible for managing incoming leads, conducting virtual demonstrations, and closing sales deals from the comfort of your home office, contributing to the company's continued success across the UK, including support for the Stoke-on-Trent region.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to warm leads.
• Conduct engaging virtual product demonstrations and presentations via video conferencing.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal.
• Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer records and track sales progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in inside sales or telesales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in using video conferencing tools and CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Self-disciplined and motivated to work autonomously towards sales targets.
• Previous experience in remote work environments is highly desirable.
