About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical Remote Sanitation Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness across their operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs for sanitation and cleaning services.
• Conduct remote audits and reviews of cleaning processes and outcomes, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sanitation quality and monitor performance against these metrics.
• Provide remote training and guidance to cleaning staff and supervisors on quality standards and best practices.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to hygiene and sanitation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Strong understanding of sanitation standards , cleaning methodologies, and health & safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify quality issues, and develop effective solutions remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and remote team collaboration.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools, quality management software, and remote communication platforms.
