Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine comprehensive sanitation policies, procedures, and checklists for diverse client environments.
• Conduct remote quality assurance checks through client reporting, photographic evidence, and scheduled virtual inspections.
• Provide expert guidance and support to on-site cleaning teams via digital communication channels regarding best practices and issue resolution.
• Analyze sanitation data and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in sanitation management, public health, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, disinfection techniques, and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback remotely.
