Remote SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant (Contract)

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support the delivery, configuration and ongoing optimisation of a complex EC environment. The role is contract-based and will be delivered largely remotely with occasional in-office engagement.

The candidate will lead workshops, configure EC modules, and ensure secure HR data migration and system access across Time Off, MDF, and Position Management. UK residency with right to work is required.
