Remote SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support delivery, configuration and ongoing optimisation of a complex EC environment. The role covers EC configuration, time off, MDF objects, position management, workflows and HR data migration, with engagement across HR and IT stakeholders.

You will lead workshops, deliver scalable EC solutions, and ensure secure access control and robust HR processes across global deployments.
