Remote Scrum Master

About the Role

Our client is searching for an experienced and certified Remote Scrum Master to facilitate their Agile development teams. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching multiple Scrum teams, ensuring they adhere to Agile principles and practices to maximize value delivery. Your role will involve removing impediments, fostering a collaborative environment, and promoting continuous improvement within the teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Agile practitioner to shape and enhance software development processes in a flexible, work-from-home environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor multiple Scrum teams, promoting self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Identify and remove impediments blocking team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Guide the Product Owner and Development Team in adopting and mastering Agile practices.
• Track team progress and performance metrics, providing insights for process enhancement.
• Promote a positive and productive team environment conducive to high performance and innovation.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master , preferably coaching multiple teams concurrently.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and related techniques.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills, adapted for remote settings.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
