Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN via virtual learning environments.

- Implement behaviour management strategies effectively within a remote setting.
- Utilise various digital tools and platforms to facilitate interactive and supportive learning sessions.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEN Support Worker, or similar role.
- Understanding of Special Educational Needs and differentiated learning strategies.
- Proficiency in using online learning platforms, video conferencing tools, and educational software.
- Excellent communication, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
