About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Aesthetician and Skincare Consultant to join their innovative team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide virtual consultations, personalized skincare recommendations, and support to clients seeking advanced dermatological and aesthetic treatments. You will be at the forefront of remote client care, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service and guidance from the comfort of their homes, contributing to the expansion of our client's digital wellness offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive virtual skincare analysis and consultations via video calls and secure messaging platforms.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based skincare regimens and treatment plans for clients using our client's product lines.
• Educate clients on product usage, ingredient benefits, and best practices for achieving optimal skin health.
• Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support, adjusting recommendations as needed.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in dermatology, aesthetic treatments, and skincare technologies.
• Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to provide expert insights and content.

Requirements

• Certified or licensed Aesthetician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or high-end spa setting.
• Proven expertise in a wide range of aesthetic treatments and product knowledge across various skin types and concerns.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and empathetically via digital channels.
• Proficiency in using virtual consultation software and CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of dermatological principles and the ability to make informed recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain client confidentiality in a remote setting.
