About the Role

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking expert advice on skincare, makeup, and beauty products. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and passion for beauty to provide personalized recommendations, resolve customer inquiries, and enhance the overall online shopping experience, contributing significantly to client retention and brand loyalty from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert, personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients via video calls, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.
• Create engaging content such as tutorials, tips, and product reviews to support online marketing efforts and customer education.
• Assist in training new beauty advisors on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
• Monitor online customer feedback and trends to provide insights for product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in beauty retail, skincare consultation, or a related client-facing beauty role.
• Proven expertise in skincare, makeup application, and a broad understanding of beauty trends and ingredients.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients virtually.
• Proficiency with virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively while working independently from a home office.
