About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Remote Senior BIM Architect to join their forward-thinking practice. This role is crucial for developing and implementing advanced Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across a range of significant projects. Working entirely remotely, you will collaborate with design teams and project stakeholders across the UK, driving efficiency and accuracy through digital construction methodologies. The successful candidate will be a champion for BIM best practices, ensuring seamless information flow and integrated project delivery from concept to completion, contributing to a collaborative and digitally advanced architectural process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of BIM workflows and standards across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Collaborate closely with internal design teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure effective model coordination and data exchange.
• Provide technical expertise and training on BIM software and processes to team members.
• Oversee the creation and management of detailed architectural models and associated data.
• Ensure compliance with industry BIM standards and project requirements, particularly for projects based in Northern Ireland and beyond.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Architect with a strong specialization in BIM .
• Expert proficiency in Revit and a thorough understanding of other BIM-related software and platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing BIM strategies for complex projects.
• Knowledge of national and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide other team members on BIM best practices.
