Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual design and detailed engineering of chemical processes, ensuring operability, safety, and efficiency.
• Develop process simulations, P&IDs, and technical specifications for new projects and plant modifications.
• Provide expert technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex chemical processes remotely.
• Collaborate with R&D, project management, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution and technology transfer.
• Conduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations for proposed process improvements and new ventures.
• Mentor and guide less experienced engineers within the remote team structure.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in chemical process design, development, and project engineering.
• Extensive experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and 3D modeling tools.
• Deep understanding of process safety management, risk assessment, and relevant industry standards.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, adept at remote collaboration.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex chemical engineering projects remotely.
