Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects, including transportation, utilities, and land development.
• Conduct detailed site analysis, feasibility studies, and option appraisals, producing robust reports and recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documentation in line with national standards and client requirements.
• Manage project risks, stakeholder expectations, and technical queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Utilize advanced digital collaboration tools to maintain strong communication and coordination with project teams, clients, and contractors nationwide.
• Provide expert technical advice and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff remotely.

Requirements

• Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a recognized professional body (e.g., ICE) or equivalent extensive experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Proven ability to manage infrastructure projects independently and deliver high-quality results from a remote work setting.
• Expertise in areas such as highway design, drainage, flood risk assessment, or earthworks.
• Proficiency with industry-standard civil engineering design and analysis software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
