Remote Senior Civil Engineer - Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the detailed design and technical oversight of various infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, and public realm developments.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and contract documents for tender and construction.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for assigned infrastructure projects.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff remotely.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, health and safety regulations, and environmental best practices.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors through virtual channels to manage expectations and ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with ICE or equivalent professional body.
• A minimum of 7 years' post-graduate experience in civil infrastructure design and project delivery.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in relevant civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, relevant BIM tools).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills adaptable to remote collaboration.
