Remote Senior Commercial Counsel – Tech & Deals

Kingsley Green Recruitment is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel to support its Services & Solutions business across Europe and the Middle East & Africa. This role focuses on complex, multi-country technology and services contracts, including DaaS, IaaS, and managed services.

You will partner with sales, commercial, finance, delivery and legal teams to structure, negotiate and close transactions, providing pragmatic legal and commercial advice in a fast-moving, deal-driven environment.
