Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on business transformation, process optimization, and organizational change.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments to identify key challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop comprehensive transformation strategies and detailed implementation roadmaps.
• Manage remote project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
