Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for complex projects.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses using remote methodologies.
• Design and deliver targeted communication and training programs to support organizational change.
• Engage with clients and project teams virtually to foster buy-in and manage resistance.
• Monitor progress of change initiatives and provide ongoing support and adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management consulting or a dedicated internal change management role.
• Proven success in leading change initiatives within large organizations, preferably in a remote or hybrid context.
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8 Steps).
• Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex organizational dynamics and develop practical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business, HR, or a related field.
