Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced analytical models using machine learning and statistical techniques.

• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to validate model performance.
• Collaborate with domain experts across geology, engineering, and operations to define analytical needs.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in data science and machine learning .
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and associated libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and data visualization techniques.
