Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Electrical Engineer with specialized expertise in Grid Integration to join their globally distributed team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical evaluation and design of electrical systems for grid connection of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, battery storage).
- Develop and review grid interconnection studies, including fault level, power quality , and stability analyses.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant grid codes, standards, and regulatory requirements across different regions.
- Collaborate remotely with project development teams, utility companies, and internal engineering disciplines.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers within the team.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on grid integration and power systems.
- Proven experience with power system analysis software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory).
- Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and their impact on grid stability.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a remote , collaborative setting.
