Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical design for complex systems, ensuring robust architecture and adherence to specifications.

• Collaborate effectively with remote teams across different time zones and disciplines, including software, mechanical, and firmware engineers.
• Conduct thorough design reviews, risk assessments, and failure analysis for electrical systems.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering design and development.
• Demonstrated expertise in power management, analog and digital circuit design, and system integration.
• Strong proficiency with simulation and modeling tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB).
• Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept to production in a remote or distributed setting.
