Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed virtual consultations with clients to understand their hair type, lifestyle, and desired outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including consultation notes and progress tracking.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Hairdressing.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Hair Stylist and Colourist in a salon environment.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients virtually.
• Strong knowledge of current hair trends, colour theory, and cutting techniques.
• Proficiency with video conferencing tools and digital communication platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to client advice.
