Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of optimized manufacturing and operational processes.

• Utilize advanced Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage project plans for process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, models, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with remote and on-site teams, stakeholders, and management to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization.
• Extensive knowledge and practical application of Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma, and other process improvement frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams remotely.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience in virtual collaboration tools.
