Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment appraisals.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and commentary to senior management, highlighting key performance drivers and risks.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and systems.
- Oversee cost accounting activities and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Mentor and guide junior members of the finance team as needed.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Significant experience in management accounting, financial planning, and analysis.
- Demonstrated success in working remotely and managing complex financial projects independently.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and accounting software.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with a strong focus on delivering value-added financial insights.
