Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop and implement financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment appraisals.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and commentary to senior management, highlighting key performance drivers and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes and systems.
• Oversee cost accounting activities and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the finance team as needed.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Significant experience in management accounting, financial planning, and analysis.
• Demonstrated success in working remotely and managing complex financial projects independently.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and accounting software.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
