Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale business transformation projects, encompassing strategy, operations, and organizational change.
• Assess current business performance and identify key areas for improvement and innovation.
• Develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps, outlining strategic objectives, key initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of milestones.
• Engage with senior client executives to build consensus, manage expectations, and ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a senior strategic transformation role.
• Proven expertise in leading complex change management programs and driving organizational agility.
• Demonstrated ability to manage remote projects and lead dispersed teams effectively.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities in virtual environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.
