You will be responsible for leading project streams, developing insightful analyses, and delivering impactful recommendations that drive measurable client success. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements in areas such as strategy development, process improvement, and organizational design, delivered entirely remotely.
• Conduct detailed research, data analysis, and diagnostic assessments to identify client needs and opportunities.
• Develop and articulate clear, actionable strategic recommendations through virtual presentations and collaborative workshops.
• Utilize digital collaboration tools and platforms to effectively manage projects and engage with stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members participating in remote projects.
• Contribute to the development of proprietary methodologies and thought leadership content for the firm.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a related strategic advisory role.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships effectively in a virtual environment.
• Strong understanding of various industries and business functions, with expertise in at least one core consulting practice area.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas clearly in a remote setting.
