Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from initiation to completion, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Drive process improvements, organizational design, and digital strategy implementation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively in a virtual setting.
• Build and maintain strong remote client relationships through exceptional communication and virtual collaboration.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the firm's knowledge base and thought leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, with a strong track record of leading complex projects and delivering impactful results.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, operational efficiency, digital transformation, or change management.
• Exceptional remote communication, virtual collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Must be comfortable and effective working in a fully remote, home-based office environment.
