Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to enhance overall manufacturing performance and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor remote manufacturing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices in production management, lean manufacturing, and supply chain optimization across all sites.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and drive data-informed decision-making to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards, maintaining a strong focus on operational risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align manufacturing strategies with product development, sales, and marketing goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management, with a significant portion in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex manufacturing operations, preferably across multiple locations.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders remotely.
