Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to enhance overall manufacturing performance and achieve business objectives.
• Lead and mentor remote manufacturing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Implement best practices in production management, lean manufacturing, and supply chain optimization across all sites.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and drive data-informed decision-making to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards, maintaining a strong focus on operational risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management, with a significant portion in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex manufacturing operations, preferably across multiple locations.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES), ERP systems, and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders remotely.
