Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design aspects of new product development projects, from concept to production.
• Develop innovative and robust mechanical solutions, utilizing advanced 3D CAD modeling and simulation techniques.
• Conduct thorough analysis, including stress, thermal, and vibration analysis, to validate product designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineering, software development, and manufacturing, in a virtual setting.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation processes, ensuring designs meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes and tools.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical product development and engineering.
• Expertise in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo) and advanced simulation tools (FEA, CFD).
• Proven track record of successfully bringing complex mechanical products to market.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills , essential for remote collaboration.
