About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Remote Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their innovative engineering team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and development of complex mechanical systems and products from concept to production.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams in a remote setting.
• Conduct advanced FEA and CFD simulations to optimize performance, durability, and efficiency.
• Oversee the creation and review of detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test plans.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams worldwide, including R&D, manufacturing, and product management.
• Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and design methodologies.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Expert proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and advanced simulation tools (FEA/CFD).
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex engineering projects and mentoring teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
