Remote Senior NLP Scientist — Production Transformers & GenAI

Harnham is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to build, fine-tune and evaluate production NLP models for customer feedback intelligence products. You will tackle problems across sentiment analysis, retrieval, clustering and taxonomy generation, driving model performance from experimentation to deployment.

The role offers 100% remote flexibility with optional access to the London office, and includes equity as part of the package.
