About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate remote project teams , fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Implement and enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental protocols across all project sites.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and generate comprehensive reports for senior management.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience of at least 10 years as a Project Manager in the civil engineering sector.
• Demonstrable success in managing large-scale, complex construction projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software.
