You will be responsible for guiding agile teams through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet client needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate sprint planning , daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for distributed development teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
• Foster a collaborative and productive remote team environment, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders, even those potentially based near Stoke-on-Trent .

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management , with a significant focus on software development projects.
• Proven expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and associated tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• Experience in stakeholder management and managing expectations across different departments and levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
