About the Role

Our client is looking for an accomplished Senior Property Acquisition Manager to join their fully remote team, managing property acquisition strategies across the UK. Working remotely, you will leverage your expertise in market analysis, deal negotiation, and due diligence to expand our client's property portfolio. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential property acquisition opportunities across various regions and asset classes.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, feasibility studies, and financial modeling to support acquisition decisions.
• Lead negotiations for purchase agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Manage the due diligence process, including legal, financial, and environmental assessments, in coordination with external advisors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, agents, developers, and other stakeholders nationwide.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the property acquisition pipeline and achieve company targets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in property acquisition , development, or investment, with a strong portfolio of successful deals.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial real estate markets across the UK .
• Proven negotiation skills and experience in structuring complex property transactions.
• Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
